TOLL-FREE CALL CENTER FOR INFORMATION

The objective of “Vidya Snehi” is to
establishing a Help Centre to meet the needs of the students for higher education by way of extending bridge loans, information and counseling on higher education, job opportunities, and other activities like Career guidance, Skill development, Vocational courses, and Scholarship related information on
telephone.


ROLE:

Provide and assist in propagating the program
and help is setting up helpline with infrastructure to establish a call center in the basement of Ambedkar Bhavan
Play a major role in initiating NIC and all government organizations to update the programs to the public through Vidya Snehi helpline center

THE PROCESS:

All the Calls are registered, documented, and sent for response from Various departments Like the District Education Department, District Health Department, Social Welfare Department, Principal Accountant General (A & E) Karnataka, Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports, Department Of Public Libraries and Department of Women and Child Development

Each information is consolidated and will be brought in to the notice of the District Commissioner’s Office on Weekly basis.
The District Commissioner’s Office will review
the queries and grievances in the weekly meeting and will address / followup to close the complaints or grievances
